Polyurethane Adhesive
QC8600 is a solvent-free two-component adhesive based on polyurethane. The resin part (component A) contains organic compounds with hydroxyl groups, the hardener part (component B) is based on isocyanate.
A component : 250kg/drums, 25kg/barrel, 1500kg/IBC tanks
B component : 250kg/drums
QC8600 can be used for bonding of metals, synthetic materials, wood and hard foams, and used in manual clean board, insulation decoration integrated board, aluminum honeycomb board, and other composite plates and other sandwich structure panels.
Directions For Use
By mixing both components in a mix ratio of 4:1 by weight, a hard elastic product is formed through chemical reaction.
Pretreatment→ Mix glue→ Coating→ Pressing &Curing → Cleaning
