1. Product introduction

Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment Technology: Organobentonite is an inorganic mineral/organic ammonium compound, which uses bentonite as raw material and utilizes the lamellar structure of montmorillonite in bentonite and its ability to swell and disperse into colloidal clay in water or organic solvents. Made by inserting organic covering agents through ion exchange technology.

Organobentonite can form gel in various organic solvents, oils and liquid resins, and has good thickening, thixotropy, suspension stability, high temperature stability, lubricity, film-forming, water resistance and chemical stability .

2. Product Features

The main characteristics of organic bentonite are swelling, high dispersion and thixotropy in organic media.

In terms of coatings, organic bentonite is generally used as a suspending agent (anti-settling agent) and a thickening agent.

Used as metal anti-corrosion coating, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, salt water erosion resistance, impact resistance, and not easy to wet;

In the textile industry, organic bentonite is mainly used as a dyeing auxiliary for synthetic fiber fabrics;

In terms of high-speed printing inks, adjust the consistency, viscosity and permeability of inks as needed;

In drilling, organic bentonite can be used as latex stabilizer;

In terms of high temperature grease, organobentonite is especially used to prepare high temperature grease suitable for high temperature and long-term continuous operation.
