2. Pigment properties

Shandong Caizhiyuan Pigment: Light-fast coated deep chrome yellow Y812 is a strong red light yellow pigment with high color, strong tinting strength and good fluidity. It has good performance in the application of various products (coatings, inks, plastics, rubber), especially Suitable for tinting applications of outdoor coatings (paints, water-based paints, powder coatings). In paint coloring, it has excellent light fastness. Even if 5% of titanium dioxide is diluted, the light fastness can still reach 7-8 grades. Therefore, it can be used for outdoor paint coloring such as construction machinery, construction machinery and agricultural machinery.

In addition, it is pigmented in plastic and rubber products with excellent migration resistance and thermal stability.

The heat resistance of  lightfast coating deep chrome yellow Y812  (260℃/5min in PVC, 240℃/15min in powder coating, 230℃/15min in iron printing ink).

We show through experiments that:

A. Heat resistance test

1. In the powder coating, in the oven at 220°C/15min, 230°C/15min, 240°C/15min, there is no discoloration, the color of the sample is clear, and there is no turbidity.

2. In the PVC plastic power pipe, 200℃/15min, 220℃/15min, 230℃/15min, no discoloration, clear color, no turbidity.

3. In iron printing ink, 210℃/5min, 220℃/5min, 230℃/5min, no discoloration, clear color and no turbidity.

B. Weather resistance test

1. Taking the two-component acrylic paint for construction machinery as an example, taking the climate in Yantai, Shandong and Hefei, Anhui as the standard, the paint sample was exposed to the outside for 18 months, and there was no obvious fading or discoloration.

2. Taking the PVC plastic power pipe as an example, taking the climate of Yantai in Shandong and the climate of Anhui as the standard, the plastic pipe model has been exposed to the outside for 18 months, and no obvious fading or discoloration has been seen.

Notice: The above experiments have certain limitations, and can only be applied after customers conduct testing experiments according to their actual conditions.
