Bevel gear globe valve is a kind of switch that uses bevel gear transmission device to control the valve, which has the characteristics of compact structure and easy operation. According to the needs of the closing force, the transmission mode of the valve stem can be a lifting rod, and equipped with rolling bearings or impact handwheels to reduce the closing force.

In addition, the main material, internal materials, fillers, fasteners, etc. of the bevel gear globe valve can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions. Its driving methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc., suitable for nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 16MPa, working temperature -29 ~ 550℃ of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power industry and other working conditions of the pipeline, used to cut off or connect the pipeline medium.

API standard bevel gear globe valve (J541H) has many advantages, such as simple structure, small size, light weight, easy operation, reliable sealing and so on. When it is fully opened or closed, the ball and the seat sealing surface are isolated from the medium, and the valve sealing surface will not be corroded by the medium. In addition, this valve is widely used in a variety of applications from high vacuum to high pressure.

For example, some bevel gear globe valves are suitable for water, oil, steam and other media, while others are suitable for corrosive media such as nitric acid and acetic acid.
