Product Description

The butterfly valve is a specially designed check valve that is mainly used to prevent media backflow and limit destructive water hammer to ensure the safe use of the pipeline system. The valve has the characteristics of novel structure, small size, light weight, small fluid resistance, reliable sealing, smooth opening and closing, wear resistance, long service life and so on, and has good energy saving effect.

The working principle of the butterfly valve is to rely on the pressure of the imported medium to push the valve disc open and make the medium pass through. When the medium stops flowing, such as when the pump suddenly stops running, the valve disc automatically closes under the action of dead weight and media backflow. The closing process is divided into two stages: the first stage is to quickly close 85-90% of the stroke, and the second stage is to slowly close the remaining 10%-15% of the stroke. By adjusting the damping size in the oil circuit system, the destructive water hammer can be eliminated to protect the pump, valve and pipeline system.

The valve adopts swash plate type large eccentric design and double eccentric structure, with a low opening pressure (≤0.08Mpa), and small flow resistance, small vibration. The valve shaft adopts through type, safe and reliable, and the valve disc axial adjustable mechanism ensures the sealing effect and can be adjusted to zero leakage. The bearing of the valve shaft adopts self-moistening bearing, which has little friction resistance and does not require oil injection. The valve disc and valve shaft are connected with the withdrawal pin structure, which is tightly combined without gap, and the shaft disc is more firmly connected. In addition, there are soft and hard sealing structures for users to choose according to different working conditions.

The butterfly valve is made of various materials, including ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZC1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, etc., which is suitable for a variety of different media and working conditions. The nominal pressure range of the valve is from 1.6MPa to 16MPa, and the diameter is from 6mm to 500mm, which is suitable for a variety of industrial fields, such as chemical, oil, natural gas, machinery, medicine, paper, food and power generation.

Technical parameters include nominal diameter, nominal pressure, test pressure, applicable media and standard materials. For example, the body and disc can be made of ductile iron, the seat can be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, the valve shaft can be made of stainless steel, and the sealing ring can be made of engineering plastic, rubber, stainless steel or copper alloy.
