Soft seal gate valve is a kind of automatic sealing valve relying on medium pressure, and its sealing surface is made of stainless steel and cemented carbide, which has a long service life. The valve has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable design, unhindered channel and small medium flow resistance. The valve plate of the soft seal gate valve can be an integral rigid valve plate or an elastic valve plate to adapt to different processing deviations.

Soft seal gate valve models Z41T-10 and Z41W-10 are suitable for water, steam and oil media, respectively, their nominal diameters range from DN50 to DN600 mm, nominal pressure is PN1.0MPa, applicable temperature does not exceed 200℃. The body material is usually gray cast iron, the connection form is flange connection, the design specification follows GB/T 12234, the structural length is in accordance with GB/T 12221, the connection flange follows JB/T 79 standard.

In addition, the stem of the soft seal gate valve is designed as an integral rising lever wedge gate valve, which can be operated manually, pneumatic, electric or geared. In terms of materials, the valve body is made of gray cast iron or ductile cast iron, the gate material includes gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, NBR, EPDM, HTV, etc., the valve cover and handwheel are also made of corresponding cast iron materials, the valve stem is stainless steel, the sealing sleeve and the valve stem nut are brass, the sealing ring material is NBR and HTV, etc.
