Product Description

The Resilient Seat Flanged Gate Valve is a valve designed to isolate system fluids. It is characterized by the valve wedge part is completely rubber lined, made of vulcanized rubber, can avoid leakage, rust and other problems. This kind of valve is widely used in water industry, irrigation and sewage treatment.

The nominal pressure range of the elastic seat seal gate valve is 1.0-2.5Mpa, the operating temperature is 0-120 degrees Celsius, the standard of the flange end is GB/ T17241.6GB9113, the nominal diameter is from 50mm to 400mm, suitable for water, sewage, oil, gas and other media, the inspection and test follow the API 598 standard. The supplier is Saitai Valve and the manufacturer is located in Qingpu Industrial Park, Shanghai.

Design features include lightweight, as the valve is made of ductile iron similar to resin sand structure, with high strength and small size, the weight is about 70% to 80% of the ordinary gate valve, easy to install and maintain in the pipeline. There is no groove inside the valve body, the fluid resistance is small, the internal debris will not accumulate, the fluid can flow without obstruction. The rubber wedge seal closely fits the metal wedge part, has good elasticity, and the whole wedge part can be replaced. The valve body is precision cast, which ensures the sealing effect of the valve without machining the inside. The internal and external surfaces of the valve are coated with 300 micron thick epoxy resin, and the valve core is made of stainless steel or copper alloy to prevent valve rust. There are three O-rings in the valve cover for sealing, reducing friction and leakage. The O-rings can be replaced online.

The flexible seat seal gate valve also has the ability to resist vibration and withstand high pressure, which is very suitable for chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, water treatment and other industrial markets. They can withstand pressures of up to 10,000 psi and are resistant to corrosion and other environmental threats.

Flexible seat seal gate valves are designed to play a key role in water systems, controlling water flow and pressure and playing an important role in safety. They use compressed air to open and close, are typically made of stainless steel and come with a rubber seal that prevents water from entering or leaving the valve when it is closed.

Elastic seat gate valves work by using seats made of elastic material to withstand high sound pressure and noise levels. The seats are designed to dissipate shock and sound waves, while spacers help keep the valve closed. They are commonly used in industrial and commercial Settings to control the flow of gas, water or oil, and on construction sites to direct traffic.

Flexible seat seal gate valves also offer a variety of benefits, including resistance to high pressure and temperature fluctuations, helping to maintain consistent and reliable water flow. In addition, flexible seat gate valves are generally easier to maintain and operate than other valves, and are less expensive, making them suitable for small and medium-sized systems.

For water supply lines, elastostatic gate valves are suitable for transporting drinking water, raw water or waste water up to 60°C. Gate valves and their components in contact with drinking water comply with EN 1074-2 and drinking water regulations in many countries. Made of strong ductile iron, the elastic seat seal gate valve can be operated in two different ways: When fully opened, the gate completely releases the appropriate part of the valve body, allowing fluid to pass through; When fully closed, the ram rests against the seat of the valve body to stop the flow of fluid in the pipe with complete watertightness.
