The Wafer Check Valve, or pinch check valve, is a common type of valve that is mainly used to prevent the flow of media in the pipe system. Here are some details about the pinch check valve:
Basic structure and working principle:
Clamping check valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve disc, spring and other components. Its working principle is to use the flow direction of the medium to control the opening and closing of the valve disc, so as to prevent the medium from countercurrent. The valve disc opens when the medium is flowing forward and closes when the medium is flowing backward to play the role of check.
Technical parameters:
Nominal diameter: DN 50~1200mm
Nominal pressure: PN1.6~4.0MPa
Operating temperature: ≤350℃
Applicable media: water, oil, steam, acid media, etc.
Product features:
Compact structure, small size, light weight.
The valve disc closes quickly, the water hammer pressure is small, the flow channel is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, the action is sensitive, and the sealing performance is good.
Suitable for cleaning media, not for pipelines containing solid particles and high viscosity media.
Can be installed horizontally or vertically in a variety of piping systems.
Materials and Properties:
Body material: QT400-15, 2Cr13, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, etc.
Valve disc material: 25, 1Cr13, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, etc.
Spring material: 50CrCA, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, etc.
Application scenario:
Clamp check valve is widely used in the conveying system of water, steam, oil and other media, often used in the outlet of the pump to prevent water hammer phenomenon and protect equipment.
Installation and maintenance:
During installation, the valve needs to be installed between the flanges of the pipeline system to ensure that the medium can only flow one-way and prevent backflow.
During transportation and storage, the valve should be left in the factory packaging, stored in a safe, dustproof and moisture-proof place, and carried through the suspension ring bolt on the top of the valve.
Safety precautions:
During installation and use, follow the safety recommendations and operation manuals to avoid risks caused by improper operations.
If a valve needs to be removed from a line containing hazardous materials, the parts in contact with the product (valve plate, shaft and seat) must be properly purified prior to service.
