Static balance valve:
Static balance valve is a kind of control valve with digital locking function, using DC body structure, with equal percentage flow characteristics. It can distribute the flow reasonably and effectively solve the problem of uneven heating and cooling at room temperature in the heating (air conditioning) system. At the same time, it can accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow rate, improve the liquid flow state in the pipe network system, and achieve the purpose of liquid balance and energy saving.
The valve is provided with an opening indicator, an opening locking device and a small pressure measuring valve for flow measurement. Through the special intelligent instrument for one-time debugging and locking, the total water volume of the system is controlled within a reasonable range, overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference".
Function of balance valve:
The function of the balance valve is to regulate the predetermined flow rate at various distribution points in the system. Balancing valves are installed at the entrance of each building, so that the total flow of the heating system can be rationally distributed. An advanced Y-shaped design with multiple rotation scale adjustments and display opening range provides optimal control for precise control of the entire circulating water or air conditioning system.
The balance valve combines the features of a reverse free flow check valve and a pilot operated relief valve. In applications that serve as load control and load holding valves in hydraulic cylinder systems, free-flow check valves allow an unrestricted flow of oil into the hydraulic cylinder to increase the load. After the control valve is moved to the middle position, the pressure caused by the load forces the check valve to close, keeping the load stationary.
Manual balancing valve:
Manual balancing valve is a commonly used valve in heating and cooling systems, which can be adjusted after installation and set to the design flow rate, without worrying about the flow change caused by partial load. Installation and commissioning of balance valve:
The static balance valve is installed in the pipeline system, and the ratio of the characteristic resistance number of the system pipeline is changed by adjusting it, so as to achieve the consistency with the design requirements. After the system debugging is qualified, there is no static hydraulic imbalance problem.
In the heating and air conditioning pipe network, water is the heat carrier medium, and the reasonable distribution of water flow is the basis of the balance of thermal conditions. It is carried out under the assumption that the flow rate of each branch is the design value when the designer calculates the hydraulic condition. Due to the limitation of pipe and maximum flow rate, it is almost impossible to achieve hydraulic balance in design. This is bound to cause the near-end resistance coefficient can not reach the design ideal state, the formation of the near-end flow is too large, the distant flow is insufficient imbalance phenomenon.
