The pneumatic flanged globe valve is mainly composed of the pneumatic actuator and the valve body. The actuator usually uses compressed air as the power source, and the cylinder as the executing part, with the solenoid valve, the converter and other accessories, to achieve the control of the valve. Valve body design conforms to domestic and foreign standards, reasonable structure, beautiful appearance. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is surfacing with iron base alloy or Stellite cobalt base hard surface welding, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and can provide good scratch resistance and long service life.
The stem is surface-treated and has good corrosion and scratch resistance. The valve can adopt various pipe flange standards and sealing surface types to adapt to different engineering needs and user requirements. Valve materials, fillers and gaskets can be reasonably matched according to actual conditions or user needs, suitable for a variety of pressure, temperature and medium conditions. The reverse seal design uses the threaded sealing seat or is made of welded austenitic stainless steel, which has good sealing performance and can easily replace the packing without affecting the operation of the system.
Pneumatic flanged globe valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with a number of international standards, including API STD 623, API STD 602, BS 1873, BS EN ISO 15761, ASME B16.34, etc. These standards cover specifications for steel globe valves, dimensions for valves used in the oil and gas industry, requirements for flange and welded end connections, and end to end dimensions of valves. Connections include pipe flanges and large steel flanges as specified in ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47, and butt welded end connections as specified in ASME B16.25.
