Welded Globe Valve (Welded Globe Valve) introduction
Welding globe valve, also known as globe valve, is a common industrial valve, widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, water treatment, municipal drainage, natural gas, paper, electronic industry, construction, mechanical equipment and other fields.
Working principle
Welded globe valve is a forced seal valve. When the valve is closed, pressure acts on the valve disc, forcing the sealing surface not to leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the operating force needs to overcome the friction of the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the medium pressure. The force to close the valve is greater than the force to open the valve, so the valve stem diameter should be large, otherwise the top bend of the valve stem may fail.

Valve type

Valve function
The main function of the welding stop valve is to start, stop or regulate the flow of fluid. When the valve disc is moved upward, the fluid can flow proportionally. In the full open position, the stem rises and pops out from the top.
