Working principle of low temperature valve
Leakage of low-temperature media is not only dangerous, but also costly, because the conversion of gas into low-temperature media itself requires costs. The various components of the valve will contract and expand at different rates depending on the material composition or the time of exposure to low temperature media. Since the increase in ambient heat is a constant challenge when dealing with low-temperature media, the insulation of valves and pipes is mandatory. Gas treatment involves dealing with the physical properties of gases such as liquefied natural gas, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and helium. These liquids are unstable at atmospheric pressure and can, if allowed, violently and instantaneously transform into a gaseous state.
