Structural features: The whole welded ball valve adopts the whole welded structure, no external leakage point, improve the sealing and reliability of the valve. The body is usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials, and the ball is made of ASTMA350LF2, ASTMA105 and other materials, and may be subjected to hard chromium coating or ENP treatment to enhance corrosion resistance.

Design standards: The all-welded ball valve is designed to meet a variety of domestic and foreign standards, such as API 6D, ASME B16.34, GB/T 12237, etc., to ensure its versatility and compliance in different application scenarios.

Stem seal: All-welded ball valves typically feature three separate seal systems that ensure stem seal to atmosphere and blowout resistance, and these seals can be easily replaced in either a full open or full closed position.
