ZHPF Valve is a valve with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) as the lining material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and low friction characteristics. The following are some of the main features and application scenarios of the valve:
Corrosion resistance: PTFE material can resist the corrosion of almost all media, including strong corrosive substances such as concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia.
Sealing performance: Because the valve cover has no packing box, it ensures that the valve has no leakage during use.
Small leakage: The valve core and seat are soft sealed, so the leakage is very small.
Multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator: Valve equipped with this actuator has high output torque and compact structure.
Valve body material: The valve body can be made of carbon steel lined F46, carbon steel lined PFA, SS304 lined F46 or SS304 lined PFA to adapt to different media and working conditions.
Valve interior material: can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
Seat diameter: Available in a variety of sizes from DN15 to DN300.
